So when are we going to start arresting incompetent psychiatrists who are handing drugs like Abilify out to children whom they allege to have "ADHD". This is no better than experimentation and needs to stop.

Not only politcians but government officials at all level, esp. judges/legal system leeches.

If there are no buyers, the value is ZERO and may, as car dealers put it, constitute negative equity. Government needs a smaller budget.
